SERVICE REFUND POLICY

Welcome to Velox Solution. We value your trust and aim to deliver reliable doorstep services with care and professionalism. Please read our service refund policy carefully before booking.
1. NO REFUNDS AFTER SERVICE COMPLETION
Once a service is successfully delivered (e.g., AC servicing, rental installation, or repairs), no refunds will be provided. Our team ensures quality checks before and after the service to avoid any dissatisfaction.
2. PREPAID BOOKINGS
Eligibility for Refund
- If a prepaid service is canceled by Velox Solution due to operational issues or technician unavailability, a full refund will be issued.
- If you cancel a prepaid service before our technician has been dispatched or before appointment confirmation, a refund may be issued after review.
No refunds are granted for:
- Last-minute cancellations made within 3 hours of the scheduled appointment.
- Customer no-shows at the scheduled service time.
- Completed services, even if dissatisfaction is expressed afterward, unless reviewed and approved by management.
Refund Process & Timelines
- All approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
- The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method within 12 business days.
- In cases where cancellations are eligible for refund (as per above), the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
3. RESCHEDULING POLICY
We allow free rescheduling up to 6 hours before your booked service time. You can contact our support team to update your slot.
Repeated rescheduling (more than twice) may lead to slot cancellation with no refund.
4. SERVICE DELAYS OR NON-AVAILABILITY
In rare cases where a service is delayed or cannot be delivered due to unavailability of technicians or technical limitations:
We will either reschedule or provide a full refund if payment was already made.
5. INELIGIBLE SCENARIOS FOR REFUND
Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
- Services completed but not meeting subjective expectations (like cooling level, brand preference).
- Customer not present during the scheduled time.
- Misuse or damage caused by the customer.
- Partial service used (e.g., 1 out of 2 AC units serviced).
6. RENTAL SERVICES (E.G., AC ON RENT)
Security deposits (if applicable) are refundable only after a proper product inspection post-pickup.
- Monthly rental fees are non-refundable once the month has started.
